What is the difference between "posts" and "submissions"?

Posts: In Toons Mag, a post is a term which is referred to a cartoon, comics, caricature, news or article, which is already publish or pending to publish. A post also is content.

Submissions: In Toons Mag, we use Submissions term to mean that we are allowing or collecting your content to for publishing or exhibiting.
