It happens that some of my posts are waiting for approval for several days, why does this happen?

We update Toons Mag every day If somebody submits multiple contents is the same day. Example somebody uploaded 10 cartoons in a day, then we publish one or two at a time and rest of them we put in a schedule for publishing one cartoon daily. Toons Mag practicing equality and democracy, therefore we like to display every cartoonist's work on our home page.
Example, if somebody uploads a cartoon about 'Christmas Greeting' in June then we put it in the schedule list for publishing in December, because 'Christmas Greeting' is relevant with time.
